General Forums has a reputation for being one of the first forums visited by the forum user. What happens when the forum has underlying issues of what could only be described as "ownership" over General Forums? The idea of forum ownership is equated with the frequency of posting to that forum. What happens to the threads that are posted to that forum that are deemed "unworthy" of being posted to that forum (example a "bot" thread)? This is not referencing threads that are spam or breaking any rule, just threads that are considered "unworthy". What happens to the meaning of RS Community when only a few of the rs money are welcome to create a thread to the forum? This is the topic to be discussed, it is neither a rant, nor is the opening post providing suggestions, only a venue for discussion on what could or could not be a problem in General Forums. If there is an issue of forum ownership in General Forums can it be corrected or is the idea of forum ownership an acceptable policy for General Forums?Does Jagex moderation policies play a role in supporting the idea of forum ownership?
