Mid-Autumn Festival Is on The Way

Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, Zhongqiu Festival,is one of the most important festivals in China.Originally,the festival was in honor of the grace Goddess Chang'e.Nowadays,it has become a day which families get togther or famers celebrite the harvest.The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming on the 15th day of August.It is a date that parallels the autumnal equinox of the solar calendar, when the moon is supposedly at its fullest and roundest. The traditional food of this festival is the mooncake, of which there are many different varieties,such as eggs,nuts,or even ice-cream,as Chinese believe that "better wait on the cook than on the doctor".
Family is one of nature's materpieces.A father is a treasure,a brother is comfort.That's what Chinese feel most when Mid-Autumn Festival is coming.While sitting under the moon,eating mooncakes,talking and laughing,everyone could know that "the house of every one is him as his castle and fortress."If someone was apart unfortunately,they are sure to keep in touch and say some sweet words.
